The newest additional facility of the resort is their 500 m. Zip line which has three stages

This is also one of the additional facilities of Leisure Coast which is the Nayon; A collection of cottages to be rented by guest for their foods which they brought with them.
They also have the Lazy River which surrounds the whole resort.
They also have slides; three colors which has different curves and which heads to a 4 ft pool.

MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Your membership will only be valid up to thirty-six (36) months or three (3) years upon approval of your application. No refund or application of accounts shall be made by Leisure Coast Resort for unused privileges.
- All lost or stolen cards should be reported. Administration fee will be charged to the member and a replacement card will be issued bearing a new number and the same expiry date as the previous card.
- Please quote a valid membership number when making any reservations. All offers are subject to availability and prior reservation. Arrangements are not to be made through travel or conference agents and are not applicable to existing negotiated group rates, nor to be used in conjunction with any other discount schemes.
- Reservations should be made at least six (6) months in advance or one (1) year if any of the desired days of stay fall on Valentines Day, Holy Week, May 1 (Pista’y Dayat), Mothers Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.
- No more than ten (10) members can group together to block off same days. During the months of July, August and September however, twenty (20) rooms may be made available by LCR management for members who come in group to block off same days. Nevertheless, prior reservation should still be made at least three (3) months in advance.
- Discount privileges refer to the food consumed or use of facilities by the member only. Non-transferable. The bill is determined by dividing the total food bill (excluding beverages, tobacco products, taxes and service charge) by the number of people in your dining party. The amount computed will be the basis of your discount.
- Cancellation of reservation should be made at least one month ahead or else all benefits related to the reserved days of stay will be forfeited.

Dagupan City in Pangasinan has always been surrounded by resorts from nearby towns but it never had one that it can truly call its own. The year was 1999 when the idea of putting up a resort facility came the Arzadon family’s way, one year later, the LEISURE COAST RESORT opened its doors to the public.
Leisure Coast Resort is owned and operated by the Arzadon Leisure Corporation of Dagupan City, Pangasinan. As early as 1998, the founders began discussing the concept of a resort that would change the landscape of the Bonuan Binloc area. They wanted to build a local facility that would instill pride for Dagupeños and help boost tourism in the city.
On September 2000, the Leisure Coast Resort began operations for its Sabina Restaurant and its two Function halls. Two months later, the 250 yard driving range and outdoor Family Garden Grill were also opened to the public.
The year 2001 saw Leisure Coast Resort opening cabañas (hotel rooms) for its out-of-town guests. The rooms offer convenience coupled with all the amenities and facilities of many first-class hotels. Aside from this, a 9 hole pitch and putt golf course was also constructed.
On February 2005, more developments were opened to the public. Niki's Garden, a garden type function hall was introduced. It instantly became a favorite for engaged couples and their wedding coordinators. At the same time, Ethan's place began serving our clients who preferred the al fresco dining experience.
Presently, Leisure Coast is planning on adding more cabaña rooms and expanding the current waterpark to add more rides and attractions.
