MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Your membership will only be valid up to thirty-six (36) months or three (3) years upon approval of your application. No refund or application of accounts shall be made by Leisure Coast Resort for unused privileges. 
2. All lost or stolen cards should be reported. Administration fee will be charged to the member and a replacement card will be issued bearing a new number and the same expiry date as the previous card.
3. Please quote a valid membership number when making any reservations. All offers are subject to availability and prior reservation. Arrangements are not to be made through travel or conference agents and are not applicable to existing negotiated group rates, nor to be used in conjunction with any other discount schemes.
4. Reservations should be made at least six (6) months in advance or one (1) year if any of the desired days of stay fall on Valentines Day, Holy Week, May 1 (Pista’y Dayat), Mothers Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.
5. No more than ten (10) members can group together to block off same days. During the months of July, August and September however, twenty (20) rooms may be made available by LCR management for members who come in group to block off same days. Nevertheless, prior reservation should still be made at least three (3) months in advance.
6. Discount privileges refer to the food consumed or use of facilities by the member only. Non-transferable. The bill is determined by dividing the total food bill (excluding beverages, tobacco products, taxes and service charge) by the number of people in your dining party. The amount computed will be the basis of your discount.
7. Cancellation of reservation should be made at least one month ahead or else all benefits related to the reserved days of stay will be forfeited.
